DAY 4 – JOGLE

We travelled from Irvine, through Gretna and onto Carlise.We left Scotland behind us and back home to England. It was real mixed bag today with a boat trip as well as our usual cycling. Lots of free pies today coutesy K. Walkers. We love you and your scotch pies.

After a rain soaked slog from John O'Groats to the beautiful Inverness on our first full day, it was a delight to see the sun out at last. The 80 mile ride out from Inverness to Glencoe, working our way through the Highlands was magnificent. Here I am, King of the Mountains.
